We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Our cottage "La Montagnette" is a fully equipped, clean and very well located house in the heart of a small mid-mountain village at 430 m altitude in the heart of Chautagne, between lakes and mountains. Guests can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the Grand Colombier With Lake Bourget 10 minutes away and all these surrounding mountains, there will be plenty of activities in any season!

Pleasant studio in our house for a great stay. Private entrance. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Small equipped and functional kitchen. Queen size bed (160x200). 140 flat screen wall TV. Sales is a very quiet little village located between two lakes: Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget (30-min drive). Rumilly 5 min away and all amenities.
