Sommerhus udlejes Vi har besluttet at udleje vores skønne sommerhus beliggende på Grasten på øen Thurø, som har fast forbindelse til Svendborg. 200 meter fra sommerhuset ligger turistfærgen Helge til, og med den kan man sejle helt ind til Svendborg by. Huset er på 74 m2 og består af køkken-alrum-stue, 1 badeværelse, entre, soveværelse, børneværelse og repos med sovesofa. Stor sydvendt træterrasse med havebord/stole og grill. Huset ligger lige ud til Svendborgsund. Ja faktisk er der kun 10 meter ned til egen strand og egen badebro, hvorfra man kan tage en dejlig dukkert, fange krabber, samle sten og slå smut, bygge sandslotte, kun fantasien sætter grænser. Efter diverse strandaktiviteter kan der nydes et brusebad under husets udendørsbruser, der både har koldt og varmt vand. Udsigten er helt fænomenal med kig til Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). På havet er der altid liv af sejlskibe og både, da vores hus er placeret lige ved indsejlingen til Svendborg. Desuden ses mange fugle, marsvin og sæler. Overalt er der grønt og fredeligt, ingen støj fra biler, kun fuglefløjt til at bryde stilheden. Der er store skove en gåtur væk. Er man fiske-interesseret kan der fanges fladfisk, ørreder mm fra badebroen. Vi har to kajakker og to børnekajakker, der gerne må lånes. Redningsveste til børn og voksne er også at forefinde. Vi har også en skøn finsk sauna i træ, bygget af ægte finner der selv tog træ og ovn med fra Finland. Nyd et dyp i havet og oplev herefter varmen fra den dejlige sauna. Der er plads til 1 familie a max 4 personer. Man skal selv medbringe linned, håndklæder, karklude, viskestykker mm. Vi har intet tv, men masser af brætspil 😉 Wifi er tilgængeligt. Faciliteter: Opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine, ovn, kogeplade, el-kedel, køleskab+frys, nespresso-maskine, brødrister. Huset varmes op med el-varme, foruden træpillefyr. Prisen er eksklusiv el-forbrug. Der tjekkes el-måler ved ankomst og afgang og betales via mobile pay til nr 60619449 eller lægges i kontanter. Der skal ryddes op/alt tømmes og derefter vil der blive gjort rent af et rengøringsfirma.

Nice large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Harbor with a short walking distance to a good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, dining furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

The cottage is older, but very charming. The vacation home is located on the beautiful island of Tåsinge, with a 180-degree view of Lunkebugten and Svendborgsund. Located on the Archipelago path and international bike route 8. In scenic surroundings surrounded by forest and beach. (Smaller road in front of house with moderate traffic) 4 km to Valdemars Castle and Troense. 9 km to Svendborg and 9 km to Rudkøbing 2-3 km to shopping. ¹ Please note that this is an old house with low ceilings. There is no TV.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Rural idyll at Skebjerg Søgaard, large apartment

The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air. On the farm, there are horses, chickens, cats, and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes small wooded areas and two small lakes. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but there is room for an additional 4-6 guests on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion options, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing, and swimming beaches.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Bo tæt på naturen, få en god nats søvn, nyd udsigten. Lille, men nydelig hytte til 2 personer. Køleskab og lille spiseplads. Udendørs bruser, ægte gammeldags das. Bålplads og parkering, søde værter og overkommelig pris. What is not to like? Hytten ligger adskilt i min have, egen indgang og privat atmosfære. Tæt på Humle og Ristinge Strand, gode cykelmuligheder eller nem overnatning på gennemgang. Langeland har meget at byde, især vores skønne natur. Cykler kan lånes.
