We stayed in the apartment for one night. Very convenient location near the airport. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotlessly clean. The host is very friendly. We are absolutely satisfied!

Bardzo wygodnie miejsce. Nieskazitelnie czyste co jest bardzo ważne. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Największym atutem jest zapierający dech w piersiach widok.

Das Apartment war super schön und sauber Roko war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich genauso wie seine Mutter. Die Lage ist äußerst schön direkte Strand- und Restaurant nähe. Nach unserem Checkout konnten wir das Auto noch stehen lassen und den Strand für 3 Stunden besuchen. Dies war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in einem super Gastgeber super Apartment super Lage! Sehr empfehlenswert!

ci siamo trovati benissimo! nonostante l'host non parlava inglese ci siamo capiti e ci ha subito fornito il necessario ed aiutato con le nostre richieste. la casa dista 25 minuti da Spalato ed è vicina a forni e supermercati. la zona è davvero tranquilla e piacevole con tanto di mare e spiaggia a 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa. l'host al nostro check out è stato gentilissimo e ci ha regalato due souvenir personalizzati. un gesto molto carino e apprezzato, grazie!!

Den Aufenthalt bei Adele empfanden wir als sehr angenehm und wir wurden super aufgenommen. Sie hat jederzeit auf Fragen reagiert und hatte immer eine Antwort parat. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Jederzeit einen erneuten Besuch wert :)

Le logement d'Angela est vraiment très agréable: très bien décoré, literie hyper confortable, terrasse privée parfaite pour les apéros de fin de journée. La plage est accessible à 10 minutes à pieds et commerces à proximité. Le logement est même plus grand qu'il ne paraît en photo! Angela est vraiment une excellente hôte : toujours très réactive, des produits frais au frigo en arrivant, du raisin proposé durant le séjour ; Angela est très agréable et à l'écoute. Un seul point négatif pour ma part: lo logement est vraiment très mal isolé. Certes on entend les avions, mais ils ne vole t pas la nuit et en prenant un logement si près de l'aéroport on s'en doutait. En revanche on entend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans l'appartement au-dessus. Du coup endormissement difficile de mes enfants avec les bruits de pas d'enfants qui courent ou qui crient jusqu'à tard le soir.

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

Familjens vistelse på Villa Lucis var helt fantastisk, och vår värd Žeki gjorde verkligen upplevelsen extra speciell. Från första stund möttes vi av ett varmt och personligt bemötande. Žeki är en otroligt engagerad och omtänksam värd som såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde för en perfekt semester. Villan är fantastisk – rymlig, elegant och med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Rummen var smakfullt inredda och erbjöd gott om utrymme för både avkoppling och samvaro. Barnen älskade att utforska de olika utrymmena, medan vi vuxna njöt av de små detaljerna som gav en känsla av lyx. Utomhusområdet var en riktig höjdpunkt för hela familjen. Poolen var ren och inbjudande – perfekt för både lek och avkoppling. Trädgården erbjöd en lugn och vacker miljö, och vi njöt av att äta middag tillsammans ute medan vi beundrade den fantastiska utsikten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Lucis till andra familjer som söker en minnesvärd semester. Vi ser fram emot att återvända i framtiden!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Josip. Le domaine est très paisible sans vis à vis . La literie est confortable et tout est très propre. Nous n’avons manque de rien. Josip a été un hôte très réactif , flexible et très gentil. Nous reviendrons car nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison :)

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

Wie sind mir der Unterkunft vollkommen zufrieden! Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Spülmaschine, ein großer Balkon, wo wir gerne Frühstück und Abendbrot hatten. Ich kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Marko war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, und wir hatten gar keine Fragen und keine Probleme. Die Lage passt besonders für Familien gut, es war unser zweiter Urlaub in Kaštela. Ruhige Strände mit flachem Eingang, Duschen, Verleih. Etwas weiter findet man Altstadt und Restaurants. In 15 Min. erreicht man Trogir, in 30 Min. Split, man kann einen schönen Nachmittagsausflug machen.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Marina war eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem tollen Zustand. Marina hat frische Erdbeeren und Kuchen bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank konnte man alle wichtigen Dinge für die erste Zeit finden (Butter, Getränke, Marmelade, Toastbrot,...). Das kannten wir bisher so nicht und fanden es super. Wir fanden lediglich zwei Dinge etwas schade, die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert und der Strand war aufgrund einer riesigen Umbaumaßnahme nicht zugänglich. Ansonsten alles tiptop.
