The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. From here you can "experience" the countless bike tours along the Nahe by bike, hike the most diverse vital tours or drive to the next largest cities such as Bingen and Mainz by car.

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

The apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the Rhine-Main region, the Soonwald and Hunsrück. The wines from the region are excellent, and the numerous award-winning hiking trails are real insider tips.

Hiking and cycling tours are a wonderful way to start from here, as the extensive "vineyards" begin only 150 meters from the house.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
