We built this house ourselves, so we tried to make everything as convenient as possible: two floors, 4 rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a shower, 2 toilets, a wood-fired sauna. There is an outdoor terrace and a covered gazebo. For an additional fee we will prepare for you a wood-fired sauna with a cold shower or a hot tub with hydromassage. The property has a green courtyard and parking spaces.

Black House is a detached cottage available for for max 4 guests (incl. infant), total area 24m2. It has 1 remote bedroom, 1 open bedroom, small kitchen area, WC & Shower, terrace, a built-in sauna area. We offer boat and paddle board rent, and you can also apply for individual tour guide. The outside area has a fireplace and space for tents in case you would like to spend a night in one-million star hotel. Walk to the beach ~2km long through forest road. Pet friendly place.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor on one of the most famous streets of Liepaja - Uliha street. However, the windows of the apartment are facing the backyard, so guests will not be disturbed by street noise. You can have a picnic in the old apple orchard or enjoy a drink on the terrace in front of the house. Rest from everyday life is guaranteed!

This historical building, a former granary/barn dating back to 1913, features a charming thatched roof and is ideally suited for stays during late spring, summer, and early autumn."
