Meredith is a great host - funny, friendly, speedy responses and lots of recommendations! The house is spacious and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Location is great, walking distance to main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops. Can keep walking through town to see murals and up the hill to hiking/biking trails and views of city and harbor. Great base to explore Nelson!

Luxury accommodation at a great price! The suite was stunning and had magnificent views. Sue did a great job putting the place together and making it so lovely! If we are ever back in the area we would certainly stay again!

A beautiful haven among the trees and the birds. Ina was so welcoming and helpful and we felt very at home. The kids loved the garden with the trampoline and rope swing. It's been our favourite Air B&B of the trip!

Smooth check in, really well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook! Big oven, well maintained house/ very clean. Was perfect for our large group! Would book again!

A beautiful home in a great location. If you a looking for peace, views, space for everyone and a beach location then this is a great spot. We really enjoyed how spacious the house is, and having two bathrooms and two living areas made for fewer teenage squabbles and a more relaxing time for all. The deck is a great spot to relax in the sun. We also admired the skilful craftsman ship that has gone into renovating this grand dame of a villa. Our bikes had a sheltered spot under the deck and we enjoyed connecting up with and exploring the cycle trails (although there is a bit of road to navigate before you get to them). All in all it was a superb stay and we were sad to leave. Claire is a great host.

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

The location is in front of the water with great views, walking distance to the beach and lagoon, easy access for kayak and SUP, walking distance to two great place to eat. Great accommodation for family with bunk rooms for kids and games. The kitchen is great to cook your own meals and well equipped. Clean and functional space, it seemed larger than on the photo with nice front outdoor space and table.

Joanne and David were very generous and kind hosts. We enjoyed their company very much - it was as if they were long lost friends. The apartment was high quality with luxurious touches. A fully functional kitchen was supported by a large range of pantry items and treats. Probably the best Airbnb bed we have ever slept in. Great wifi and television with a range of program options. We were permitted to garden forage which supplied us with a huge amount of fruit and herbs. Private parking for our car, washing machine and deck with BBQ made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

Huge, spotless flat that had every amenity you could possibly need! Check in has to be arranged but it was a smooth process and Amanda is lovely. We wished we could have stayed longer!!

Had an amazing stay here! Carmel and Daniel were incredibly warm and welcoming — they truly made us feel right at home. The house was spotless and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Tucked away from the main road, it was wonderfully peaceful too. A big thank you to Daniel for taking the time to show us around their farm — such a unique and memorable experience, especially for someone from Singapore! One of the highlights was feeding apples to the sheep and goats, which was so much fun. Daniel even offered us some fruits and fresh eggs from his chickens to bring along for the rest of our New Zealand trip — such a kind gesture! This is definitely one of those rare Airbnbs I’d love to come back to, and next time, I’ll make sure to stay longer to soak in more of the farm life!

It was our second time to stay at Garth’s place. The place is always spotless, tidy , cosy and comfortable. Garth is very approachable, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we head up to Nelson.
