The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. So you can explore the Maifeld, hike the dream paths, visit Eltz Castle, take part in a wine tasting on the Mosel or take a boat trip on the Rhine.

In the apartment, you can expect a lot of space to feel comfortable. On the balcony you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Dogs are always welcome and children of course. For your pet, there is a dog basket and a water bowl. There are some board games for all ages and lots of books to read. In total there are three beds, two are 1.40 m and one 1.80 m. There is a large open shower and washing machine in the bathroom.
