Das Ein-Zimmer-Apartment ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen (ca. 15 Minuten). Die Osnabrücker Innenstadt ist etwa 15 - 20 Gehminuten, bzw. sechs Minuten mit dem Metrobus entfernt. In unserem Apartment nutzt du dein eigenes Duschbad und deine eigene Küchenzeile. Du hast zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten: ein Boxspringbett (Breite: 140cm) und ein Schlafsofa (Breite: 100 cm). Wir, die Gastgeber wohnen im gleichen Haus und stehen für Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung.

Charmante, geräumige Wohnung mit möbliertem Balkon

Unsere große und helle Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem geräumigen Balkon ist ausgestattet mit einer komplett neuen Einbauküche, Sofaecke und Essbereich . Auf der übergroßen Hängematte kann die Seele, die Füße oder beides baumeln. Eine große Schiebetür zum Balkon gibt viel Tageslicht und schöne Aussichten in den rückwärtig gelegenen Garten. Im Sommer ist der Balkon mit Außenmöbeln zum "chillen" ausgestattet. Enge ist in dieser Wohnung ein Fremdwort.

Auf 35 qm erwarten dich zwei helle, modern eingerichtete Zimmer – perfekt für Paare, Alleinreisende oder Geschäftsreisende! Die Wohnung ist nur 10 Min fußläufig von der Hochschule Haste entfernt, 15 Min mit dem Bus (M1) bis in die Innenstadt, 20 Min mit dem Bus (533) zum Hbf. Fußläufig ist das Nettebad ohne Probleme erreichbar (15 Min).

Bis zu 3 Personen finden Platz in meiner schönen, hellen Souterrain Wohnung, die in 06./07.2017 renoviert und neu eingerichtet worden ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem 30qm großen Wohn/Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, in der man auch gut duschen kann, einer neuen, modernen voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie angrenzendem großzügigem Essbereich. Der Garten, sehr idyllisch am Wald gelegen, kann selbstverständlich mit genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1OG eines dreiparteien Hauses nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum von Hollage entfernt. Auch der Mittellandkanal ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.
