Vacation rentals with a patio in Rožňava

We booked for a week and it was great! We had great and very nice neighbors which made our stay easier. We went for a few hikes, enjoyed pool days and did some sightseeing. There are quite a few good restaurants in the neighborhood! The kitchen was big and very well equipped for cooking for 9! Also the BBQ outside is a nice plus! We have only one recommendation for this stay and that’s the availability of fans. There were no fans which was quite hot with 35degrees outside. Except for that we have no comments! The place is perfect. Clean, spacious, very well-equipped, modern with beautiful decoration. A great place for family time. The locality is ideal. The view of the Tatras is exceptional even from the apartment! The host is extremely kind and very available. I would highly recommend this listing.

I was there for a day on 06.07.2025, everything was super easy, the area also very quiet. Ladislav is creative in terms of the decor, it was very nice and pleasant in the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you

I can't complain about the stay. Very cozy apartment on the top floor of the building, right next to the common balcony. Everything is clean. Once you get out of the entrance, you're right in the center of SNV. Great for me!

This place was first checked in and certainly not the last. The place was nice clean,just like in the description. We really enjoyed it. There are many interesting places in the area.

Great place to stay - with great coffee shops within walking distance. Nice building with polite neighbours. Easy parking space. Spacious bedrooms and lovely balcony.

Everything is wonderful. And there is even an oven to combat the cold at night. Great apartment. Very good communication. Unfortunately, no WiFi. But otherwise perfect.

Oh my gosh! This was the BEST Place to stay in the UNESCO walled City of Levoca. Zaffir House had everything to make our stay wonderful! Comfortable Bed, Modern Bathroom, Washer and Separate Dryer (plus more)?We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of our private courtyard and balcony areas. Our stay was extra special because of our wonderful hosts- Janka and Torsten. We had our own private taxi driver (Torsten) who shared much information of the area and gave us great recommendations of what to see and where to eat! Everything was great! The cottage is very clean and well-maintained, you can see that the owners take care of every detail. Great location – quiet, peaceful, and at the same time close to attractions in the area. I definitely recommend it!

Great price for a whole house to ourselves. It was our second time here and a lot of things have been improved since last year. Kitchen has all the amenities you might need. Keep in mind that there's only salt and pepper provided, so you might want to bring your own spices and oil for cooking 😊 another great bonus is that there are chickens in the backyard, so you get fresh eggs for breakfast.

We stayed for 5 nights with kids. The kids had fun in the backyard, where there was a game set with a slip, and later we relaxed in the bathing room. There are many options for trips in the area. The place matched the photos, everything was clean. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Halfway through the accommodation, they changed our water in a bathing pod. Overall, we rate the place positively and thank the owners.

Levoča — and Slovakia in general — doesn’t see swarms of international tourists (yet, anyway!) but wow, what a gem! Peaceful, historic and tucked away, Eva’s house is a unique and charming base for exploration of Levočan and the surrounding area (Spišsky Castle is a must-see). Eva will give you local recommendations, too. Expect effusive hospitality!

Wonderful place! A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a touch of luxury—perfect for relaxing after an action‑packed day. The delightful terrace is especially great for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The property is pet‑friendly, which was a big plus for us. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; everything went smoothly and without a hitch. There’s parking right in front of the building. The surroundings are picturesque and peaceful, making it an excellent base for climbing and exploring local attractions. The only surprise was the Roma villages we passed along the way, which create an unusual contrast with the rest of the region. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth recommending—beautiful, comfortable, and full of character.
