"Modrina" - a cozy homestead in thefoothillsof the Carpathians

A cozy wooden estate with its own territory in the village of V. A vacation home with a family or a small group of friends (4-6 people). The house has 2 floors: on the 2nd floor there is an attic with 1 bedroom with a double bed and a passage room with a double sofa and a desk, on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room, equipped with all necessary kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet) and an oven. On the territory: covered pavilion with barbecue oven, parking for 3 parking spaces and a pond. There is Wi-Fi.

A modern kitchen is presented with a concrete sink and wooden cabinetry, complemented by sleek lighting fixtures. Panoramic windows provide an expansive view of the surroundings, while natural light highlights the wooden beams and decorative plants throughout the space.

Lviv region. 2.5 hours by car from Lviv, 2 hours from Uzhgorod. The cost is for the entire hut (2 double rooms).
