You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

We offer a semi-detached apartment in a single-story house 15 minutes from the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives and St-Antoine l'Abbaye, elected favorite village of the French 2025.
