The land is a mixture of open areas where we rotate our sheep flock daily, and wooded land with trails and old stone walls. We have approximately 20 private acres of hiking rails, ponds, streams, and woods. 15 miles from Lake Fairlee, 26 miles from Dartmouth College, 44 miles from Woodstock VT. Golf course at nearby Lake Morey. Not suitable for children or pets, sorry.
