A beautiful place, right in the middle of the city and very quiet. Mia showed us a very good description of the free parking lot!!! and welcomed us there. She always responded to questions. Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

We were very glad to spend our 5 days vacation in the apartment of Robert Knapic. Our hostess Sandra gave very detailed instructions how to get to the house and enter the apartment. The apartment were very clean and equipped as it was in the description. The location was great: 5 minutes walk to the old city center. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

one of the nicest airbnb's I have used , very clean ,has everything one needs and more ,washing machine ,dishwasher ,mosquito net in the wondows which makes such a differance ,and the host and his family are very friendly ,so 10/10

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Jelena is an extraordinary hostess of great kindness who takes the time to explain everything without being invasive. She helped us find a fabulous restaurant, she even took the trouble to book for us. I recommend this listing which is a 20-minute walk from the city center.

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

The apartment is very nice and clean, suitable for two people, complete with a bathroom and TV. Outside, there is a small porch with a small table. We had a great welcome, Jasmina was very kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled. Free parking space in front of the house. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, while for the center it is preferable to take the car, there is a convenient free parking lot a 5-minute walk from the center. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will definitely consider Jasmina's apartment for a future stay in Rovinj 😊

The view alone is worth the price. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The walk into old town is quick and easy and the on-site parking was wonderful. We are already planning our trip back.

Lada as a hostess was simply great – helpful, friendly and always available for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. Everything was as described and you had wonderful views of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was needed and very friendly.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

We had a great stay at Cindy’s apartment. The location is fantastic and the space itself is cosy and very quiet. Be mindful that the steps are quite steep up to the apartment if you have big bags but we managed it fine. Thanks for a lovely time, we would love to come back some day!
