Our Villa is situated in Rovereto in Trentino, a short distance from the MART musuem and the historic city center. The harmony of larch wood and and warm colors of the walls establish the character of the ample rooms which also include a mini-kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The comfortable accommodations and expansive views of the beautiful grounds and the Adige river valley provide autonomy and the independence of a vacation combining nature and cultural activities.

Renovated in 2023, the villa "la maison sur mer" offers a breathtaking free view of Lake Garda. The architectural jewel in mid-century style is located in an exclusive private resort with a large garden and private car park. The villa has a large terrace with lounge and dining area, a roof terrace and a large sun terrace with daybed, all with spectacular views of the lake.

The center of Gargnano can be reached via a 300-year-old, beautiful hiking trail (about 1.4 km), or in 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger in many places.

Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.
