The house: approx. 110 m² - three floors - 2 bedrooms - open kitchen with living area - large 20 m² roof terrace - sauna Garage for bicycles/motorcycle (no car) Good starting point for motorcycle, cycling tours, many other leisure activities and markets - or for a day trip to the Côte d'Azur.

Composed of a small entrance leading to a spacious bathroom, a staircase leads to the living room, followed by a vaulted bedroom. A second staircase leads to the bright kitchen with access to the terraces.
