Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. Enchanting, rural, natural: Feldis is an oasis of tranquility amidst an imposing alpine backdrop. The mountain village is located at 1470 m above sea level and can be reached by cable car in 10 minutes from Rhäzüns or by car. The cozy apartment is centrally located close to the village shop and has great views. 1 chairlift to the local mountain "Mutta". Good hiking opportunities in summer, with snowshoes in winter. The clear ski area includes 10 km of slopes and 3 toboggan runs.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
