Lakeside Cottage in Västmark

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this quiet and peaceful accommodation with proximity to both water, animals and nature. Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Guest cabin

Newly-renovated guest house about 40 m2 floor space, with most of the comforts of a home. Proximity to water with a small beach that in winter is a popular walking path. Relatively central and close to bus or train. The guest house is located on the same property as the host family's home. About a 5-minute walk to the gym and pizzeria. 10-minute bike ride to grocery store, about 15-20 minutes by bike to town. Parking space is available. If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

Spacious courtyard house

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.

Nybyggd gäststuga (2021) på 25 kvm plus sovloft. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstädning ingår. Gångavstånd till Piteå centrum (2km), sjukhuset, Nolia, flera av fotbollsplanerna på Piteå Summer Games och bad vid Storträsket. Stugan är utrustad med wifi, smart TV, tvättmaskin och AC. Två personer kan sova i bäddsoffa (140 cm bred), två på sovloftet. Egen altan med sol större delen av dagen. Parkering delas med värdfamiljen. Vintertid finns möjlighet att ansluta till elektrisk motorvärmare.

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Cozy appartment with own entrance, 80 m2, on the countryside, 20 minutes from central Luleå and from Kallax Airport. Modern kitchen with table for 6 person, big bathroom with shower cabin, 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places, living room with TV, bed sofa and small desk. Laundry room with washing maching and tumbler. Outside deck with possibility to eat outside in summer, access to traditional barbecue hut all year around. 2 parking places with access to engine heater.

Stora fönster med fantastisk utsikt och kamin att elda i. Sovrum 1 har en dubbelsäng på 160 cm & Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar. Mörkläggningsgardiner i båda sovrummen. Egen brygga för bad och fiske sommartid och pimpling vintertid. Vedeldad bastu vid sjön. Grillplats utomhus med möjlighet att tillaga mat på muurikka.

Njut av fridfull vistelse med fritt läge. Rosvik ligger nära Piteå, Luleå, Boden och Älvsbyn där det finns många intressanta utflyktsmål. Låt oss veta vilken typ av vistelsen ni söker, så hjälper vi er. För er med intresse för norrsken (aurora) finns goda förutsättningar att se det, det finns inte så mycket ljusföroreningar här. Under tiden för Piteå Summergames i juni finns möjlighet att lägga till extrabäddar.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
