Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

We offer a fully renovated cottage that can accommodate 6 people, in a quiet and green environment, in the countryside of Plouguernével and not even 5 minutes from Rostrenen where you will find all necessary amenities. Our accommodation consists of a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a separate toilet, a shower room, a laundry room and a bedroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a separate toilet. A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.
