The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Ideal for commuters/trade fair visitors, about 25 minutes to Cologne Deutz (car). We recommend arriving by car, the bus runs twice an hour. The apartment is in the basement of a single-family house and can be reached via a separate entrance through the garage and a connected staircase. A small terrace invites you to relax.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

Our home is located on the first floor of our residential building, right in the countryside and yet in the popular Dellbrück district with all the shopping and playground behind the house in the park.
