Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located 300 meters from coast line and in wonderful nature surroundings and with a small sandy beach. Frederikssund city is a 20 minutes walk and bus services are also available. Your host can provide you with further information. Close by is also Frederikssund train station with direct lines to Copenhagen and airport.

Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. Der står cykler til gratis benyttelse til jer.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. Peter was aanwezig toen we aankwamen, hij legde alles vriendelijk en duidelijk uit. Het uitzicht was fenomenaal, het huis zelf een echt zomerhuis met veel ramen. De keuken bevatte enorm veel accessoires, nog meer dan we thuis hebben. De bedden lagen prima, veel privéruimte rond de woning met gezellige zitjes. Echt een huis om een tijdje tot rust te komen en een goede plek voor uitstapjes. Ook zeer hondvriendelijk. We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.
