Stay close to the beach in the romantic fishing village of Kikhavn. The courtyard "Annex" is located in one of the city's old farms. From the door or the garden you can hear and smell the sea and at the beach you can enjoy the evening sun. Living room, kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. There is a cozy sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the 1st floor with four beds and space for 2-3 extra beds. The area offers two harbors with art, cafes and shops, tennis and paddle courts, as well as surfing in Lynæs. Tothaven and Kik Forbi are within walking distance. Pets not allowed

All the beds are new with good mattresses. From the house, you have a beautiful view of nature. There is a short distance to Roskilde Fjord and Skuldelev Harbor, where there is a jetty. This is the Danish summer resort at its very best. The decor and service are of high quality with attention to detail. It's the perfect place for a couple who want a vacation in a beautiful location

Relax with the family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

There's a movie theater and billiards indoors - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups. Idyllic country house

Enjoy a stay in a cozy, newly renovated cottage with a wood-burning stove and a large shelter overlooking fields. 10 minutes to the beach and forest – perfect for peace, campfires and togetherness. Make a fire in the garden, sleep in the shelter under the stars and explore the beautiful surroundings. Up to six people can sleep in the house with two single beds and a double bed on the upper floor and a large sofa bed in the living room. NOTE! Bring your own bed linen and towels!

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
