Silvana's place is just stunning! We stayed here last night after a trip to the Peninsula hot springs. It was a girls weekend away and there were 8 of us. We loved staying at the property. The house is big but really well maintained! There's easy access to shops and cafés. We really had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Silvana's place that want to come back for another stay!

Clean, comfy and warm. In a great location & has all the amenities you’d hope for when staying down the peninsula.

Howard is a very dilligent host, a meticulous communicator who takes plenty of care. Highly recommended!

The team was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which made a big difference. The property was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very family-friendly. A big shout-out to Ayn, Jan, Kim, and the rest of the team for making our stay so pleasant. Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Wonderful place to stay. Immaculately clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. It’s a decent sized beach house on a big pocket of land, plenty of room for the kids. Karen was an amazing host, proactively providing all the information we needed and checked in after our stay to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Can’t recommend both the place and Karen enough.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The property was perfect for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday as well as Mother’s Day. There were several different areas which enabled us to spread out. The two young children had more than enough room to ride scooters around the property which was securely enclosed by electric gates. We felt private, which meant there wasn’t the worry of making too much noise. The pool was beautiful, cold, as it was the first weekend in May , however we still enjoyed a swim or two. The downstairs entertainment area was perfect . Perhaps an outdoor heater, but very nice to sit in at the end of to day. Upstairs the kitchen was great, a bad design for more than two people but generously equipped. One issue was the dishwasher which probably needs replacing. All bedrooms were spacious and airy and the beds were delicious to collapse into at the end of a busy day. All in all we enjoyed a relaxing stay . The proximity to shops , coffees, local wineries and restaurants , and beach was perfect .

The place was great for a weekend trip for my family. It was also clean, cozy and well equipped. The spacious and fully secured backyard was perfect our dog as well.

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. We had an amazing stay on Phillip Island at Ashlea’s place! The space was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the yoga session – it was such a calming, grounding experience that really set the tone for our trip. The sauna was another standout – clean, modern, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My partner and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with thoughtful wellness touches. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Mark's house is spacious and clean, with a reasonable price. The environment is peaceful and located near the beach. Mark was very helpful and responded promptly. A week before our arrival, we were already provided with the self check-in code. Everything about Mark’s house was great. If we have the chance, we would love to come again.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

we were very pleased with our stay. the place presented well and was in fact nicer than the photos listed it was very comfortable had a full kitchen and was in a good location. there was plenty of open space for us to relax a beautiful balcony which we didn't get to use due to the weather but on a better day would have been lovely to sit out and relax. the location was good and Central to this region and we will be returning.

From the moment you arrive and walk upstairs you are greeted with the most amazing view from an outstanding house in a quiet location. 4 great size bedrooms with comfy beds and linen, bathrooms with everything you need and a kitchen with a view. Sina was amazing and incredibly responsive. This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great holiday.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was perfect for us and our friends to have a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed to cook & serve dinner. Very cozy living room with plenty of space. The bedroom was very comfortable & it was a very peaceful area. Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. The hosts were very friendly & responsive. Would definitely recommend!
