Enjoy a peaceful experience at this centrally-located cabin. Two bedrooms-one has a queen bed. The other has a full bed. Close to boat launch, Owen’s Rd trailhead/others and public beach. Extra large carport for storing recreational vehicles under. New, fresh decorating. Cabin outside, breezy coastal theme inside :). No tub, just a shower. Outdoor amenities include a picnic table, sandy fire pit & back patio. Indoor/outdoor toys, games, books, puzzles, etc. Brand new wall furnace ‘25.

Higgins Lake is just a 10 min drive away or consider a day trip to Petoskey or Traverse City.

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

The Lookout is a fabulous lake home with breathtaking views directly on Michigan's largest inland lake. Both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed inside through a wall of windows or outside on the beautifully landscaped patio. It's a 12 min drive to Roscommon and a 20 min drive to Houghten Lake, where you can find anything you need or want, including more beaches and water sports.
