Our cosy stone cottage (suitable for 2 people) is ideally located in a quiet area in the countryside, in between vegetable fields, on old farm grounds - 4 min drive to Cléder and 7 min to Plouescat, 8 min to beaches including the breathtaking Les Amiets. The must-see old towns of Saint-Pol and Roscoff are also nearby, as well as Morlaix, Châteaux and the medieval site of Meneham.

La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Here, you can enjoy the comfort of a charming hotel while rediscovering the authenticity of a warm home. The sea is only 50 meters away, the beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the thalassotherapy, shops, market and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. Ideal place for a relaxing family vacation, a wellness stay or a weekend with friends by the sea.

New entire accommodation, 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and beaches. The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen (plus basic products). The sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with the en suite shower room. Enjoy an apartment completely renovated in 2022, with the character of this former hotel from the interwar period. Ideally located between the city center and the port, it has a beautiful living room with kitchen open to the living room, a quiet bedroom that overlooks a private patio with dining area. This apartment sleeps 4 people thanks to a 2nd bed in the living room. We have a private room to store bikes. Small dogs accepted

The large, covered terrace allows for a pleasant stay outdoors overlooking the waters of the Riviere de Morlaix, where the tidal change typical of Brittany can be well observed, even in not so perfect weather.

With 3 bedrooms, the Maison de Saint-Pol can accommodate up to 6 guests. Roscoff and Île de Batz are 5 km away, Morlaix 15 km away. We completed the work that lasted 6 years in April 2025.
