Fantastic oasis in the heart of the walled city. The home is close to most main attractions and restaurants, while also being on a quieter street. The live-in housekeeper, Cornelia, is very sweet and an excellent cook! The pool is also a highlight. Would highly recommend this place for any group looking to enhance their trip with a beautiful home.

This place is amazing, the host anna and the staff are great. Bebeann make sure our rooms are well clean and prepare breakfast for us every morning which was amazing. The location is perfect and it a virbrant community. We will be returning, thanks again for hosting us we love the place.

We were in town for a bachelorette and this place was perfect. Super walkable around the old town and walled city. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Cleotilde in Cartagena! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect: center to the old city, great restaurants, and local shops. Our host Rafael and everyone in his team were exceptionally helpful and responsive, from the unbelievable chef and cleaning ladies, they offered great recommendations within the old city to go and have a good time , and even helped arrange airport transportation to /from … The Wi-Fi was strong (great for remote work), the A/C kept us cool in the humid weather, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring the city. Def recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena!

Absolutely stunning home in the heart of Cartagena’s walled city—beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Each bedroom has a private bath and cold AC. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the doorman made coming and going easy and secure. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for hot days, with a shaded area and a lounge spot overlooking the city. We also loved the whole-house Sonos system and projector in the king suite—great surprises not listed in the description. A few minor drawbacks: the elevator was off at first (later turned on after we asked), hand soap and laundry detergent were not initially provided, and fridge space was limited due to staff use. Laundry access was also restricted at night. Still, the staff was attentive and quick to respond to any requests. While the guest experience could benefit from a bit more attention to detail, the overall stay was fantastic and we’d highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Cartagena in style.

This was a great trip and a great stay. Jessie was incredible, very accommodating and friendly, and always ready with recommendations. She's wonderful! Both Sebastian and Jessie were very attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was the best it could be. The scenery this location provides is breathtaking and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance and of course, the beach is right across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and do plan to return soon!

So it’s a hotel booked through Airbnb, kind of threw me off at first but very very nice place. One of the best places to stay in the Bocagrande strip with out a doubt! Thanks for everything Estellar!

The site is very well used, has 3 bedrooms, all with its own bathrooms, air conditioning, television, very complete! In the first room the 201 unfortunately because there were no anti-noise windows, by the time I went (end of year) many people were playing loud music in afternoons and it made me sleep awful, the 202 and 203 did not have this problem. The whole team is super polite, communicative, we had breakfast included and cleaning if necessary. The location is far from the historic center and the tourist parts, I would say that in this location you see the true Cartagena, if it is by location it is not a benefit, remembering that the whole stay was incredible, but far from everything and that complicates some things yes, at all times the Ubers spoke and asked why we were there and that we should be attentive and leave without expensive belongings. In addition, thank you for your stay, we like the staff and the place very much, thank you.

Excellent host... you won't regret this cozy accommodation, you feel like you're in Cartagena itself because of its decoration and good taste. Everything is impeccable, neat. RECOMMENDED 1,000,000%... I would return to the same accommodation as many times as necessary

The location supplied does not map to the correct location. This is Soy Local Insignia Hotel. For us, the map location was a few blocks off, but we located based on photos in the reviews. Once we found it the experience was great. Amazing hotel with lovely amenities. It actually is much nicer than the photos. As other reviews have noted, it is very noisy. Being really good earplugs. We also put on white noise from our phone, which worked well.

We had a great stay here. Enjoyed the peaceful scenery and relaxing vibe. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

The host Quique and his mom Doña Leticia made me feel at home. My room was well located - close to the rustic pool and country kitchen. It is a safe region and there are many stalls next to the hostel where to buy food to prepare for my lunches. What's more: 5 minutes to cross the bridge, wash an umbrella, chairs, and spend a quiet day in Playa Azul. Casa Puerto Vallarta is like being in the jungle: Plants, Flores, a country place. Between Quique and Doña Leticia there was no lack of anything: tranquility, cleanliness, everything they did to help me accommodate 5 country days. Bravo.

I recommend this place, quiet, spacious, very comfortable beds, I loved sleeping, she loved it...

We stayed three nights and had a great time :-) Free breakfast in the morning was basic but served with a smile and very much appreciated and tasted good :-) Everybody who worked there was very nice. Rooms were very small, but you had everything you needed. Good AC, but no hot water. Art was everywhere and appreciated. The vibe would stay again.

Olga is absolutely lovely and amazing! The property is stunning and very well staffed. Olga gave us an extremely warm welcome and lined up transportation and activities for us. Our son had a stomach virus while we were there. She and her staff were BEYOND kind, helpful and accommodating. Olga has created a wonderful environment of community with her staff and guests. We cannot say enough good things! She also coordinated a boat tour to the Rosario Islands that was awesome! We would absolutely stay with Olga again, and you should as well!

My stay was something I'll always remember. You immediately feel at home at Lucy's. Everything is so well organized, and the team of assistants is incredible. I happened to get a cold and was definitely not in good shape. But Lucy took such good care of me! I nearly forgot to talk about the breakfast: one of the highlights of the place! One word: incredible! Thanks again for all, Lucy and to the friendly people of Colombia!

Amazing stay, we had so much fun. It is in heart of the town and close to everything. House attended were so helpful and kind. We would stay again when we come to Cartagena.
