The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can enjoy birdsong with your morning coffee. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. Within walking distance, there is Möllan's marketplace for fruits and vegetables, a number of grocery stores as well as restaurants, parks, playgrounds and buses and trains. Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds.
