Perfect accommodation for 2 adults! Central in Dalaplan. Walking distance to Möllan & also bus/train connections are only a couple of minutes away. not a complete kitchen! Oven is missing. Available: 1 induction stove, coffee maker, espresso machine. Refrigerator with equivalent size freezer is available. Wifi included. Safety: Equipped with an alarm, the possibility of both a full alarm but also a shell protection. With me you are always safe ♥️ Host lives next door. Have dogs (3small) and half-time children. Apartment in basement with good light and newly renovated bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

Close to the sea and beach, the Western Harbour with Turning Torso a stone's throw away. In the area there are many cozy cafes, neighborhood taverns/restaurants. Close to the bus, access to renting bicycles/scooters. 1 minute to the nearest well-stocked grocery store. Kronprinsen mall is located in the area. The city/town center only 15-20 minutes walk away.
