Drengestu on the farm Sygard Listed is newly renovated. The farm has no animals, but you live on historical grounds. Olav the Holy lived for 6 days on the Listad in 1021 to prepare a meeting with Dale-Gudbrand during the Christianization of Norway. Water in the tap is from "Olavskilden". The farmhouse is located in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen, midway between Oslo and Trondheim. Nearest neighbor is Sør-Fron Church (Gudbrandsdals Cathedral). The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm.
