Beautiful decoration located on the 5th floor floor with quiet bedroom courtyard side bedroom. Charm, luxury and calm. Opera House, Grand Place and Old Town are all less than a five-minute walk away. The two stations are very close such as the metro or the tram. Close to supermarkets Zen, serene and spacious apartment with great refinement.

Very easy to access, metro and tram 100 m away, and nearby highway exits. 3rd floor with elevator, 45 m2 including 1 double bed bedroom, 1 sofa bed. For your comfort we provide you with TV, coffee machine, washing machine, oven, microwave. Linens provided only once per stay.

Aïda offers us very clean, very functional accommodation in a peaceful area where there is no problem parking. Excellently guided by our host! Who explains everything to us, even the places to park without paying and warns us to put our disc in the blue spots! I would recommend it 100%

Our stay in Arras was very agreable and Florence’s Airbnb very welcoming. For us the stairs were a challenge and the parking as mentioned was only free between 6pm to 9am . So, if you wanted rest during the day it came with very costly price. Perhaps, future guests could be made aware of this. .
