A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

This old sheep farm has been qualitatively converted into a unique holiday accommodation in the middle of the magnificent nature and mountains. Here you consciously choose to live ‘slower’ to the rhythm of nature and with respect for the environment. Away from the ‘inhabited’ world, disconnected from our hectic lives.... Breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence and peacefulness. Endless hiking and cycling in the mountains, everything is there to clear your head and get your body healthily tired!

Venez profiter d'un cadre sublime avec de magnifiques randonnées au départ du logement, et la possibilité selon la saison, si la chance est avec vous, d'entendre ou même observer le magnifique brame du cerf depuis le refuge ! Vous pourrez aussi partir à la découverte des environs, jusqu'à Die et sa clairette, ou encore l'extraordinaire synclinal perché de Saoû !

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The Greatest Outdoors Gîte de la Scie

The accommodation is arranged around a large living room, very bright thanks to its veranda, and an equipped kitchen area. Above, the mezzanine. The bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a double bed (160 cm or 2 beds of 80 cm) and a single loft bed (90 cm). The shower room and toilet open onto a beautiful rounded corridor in old stones. A dressing room allows you to store all your belongings. Let's not forget the small terrace in the shade of the large willow.

In a natural environment conducive to rest and leisure, atypical gîte in a stone building in the heart of a hilltop village. Its cozy spaces, its vault equipped with a private relaxation area (sauna spa) will allow you to recharge your batteries for your vacation or a peaceful weekend. Aurel, a sunny village, is a friendly destination for lovers of nature, swimming, outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canoeing, water hiking).

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

It offers a charming living room with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 guests) eager to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linen available, dogs allowed.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
