Within 2-4 km are restaurants, shopping and public transport connections. (We don't have a train station) Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city of Lucerne in 30 minutes + the Rigi or Pilatus railways within an hour by car. The property can accommodate 4 people and is 2 stories. On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower. On the first floor: kitchen, living room, toilet.

The apartment is brand new and has a high standard of construction. Both house insulation as well as bed contents made of pure sheep's wool contribute to the homely feel-good climate.

Genau das ist möglich in unserem schön gelegenen «Holiday Home» auf 770 m.ü.M. im schönen ländlichen Luzern Michelsamt (5 Sterne Region). Zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad kann direkt von der Wohnung die Umgebung ausgekundschaftet werden.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk. If anyone wants, we have stand-up paddle boards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

The apartment has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
