This 2BR cottage home is the perfect getaway. You may see wildlife roaming the partially wooded grounds. The surroundings are quiet, secluded, yet surprisingly close to stores, restaurants and other amenities. Close to Williamsport and the Little League Museum, less than 40 miles from attractions like Knoebel’s, Ricketts Glen, World’s End, Pine Creek, bike trails. Lots of local farmers’ markets, craft fairs, county fairs, antique shops. Great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. We are located approximately 7 miles from town where you can shop or go out to eat. If you prefer to do your own cooking you will have a full kitchen to make what you please. The loveseat pulls out to be able to bring an extra person.

The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!
