Thomas's house and family are perfect for a weekend with friends. The rooms are large, the outside is sunny and accompanied by activities (ping pong, swings, pétanque...) My friends and I had a great weekend. Thomas was very responsive and accommodating, I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a great time, the big plus of this house is outside. There is something to take care of (swimming pool, darts, ping pong, barbecue,....) Martine and Thierry have always responded very quickly to our messages during our holidays. The bedding is of good quality and the house spacious. Just a small point about the heat at night, maybe provide a fan in each room because we had a lot of trouble sleeping, but we were in a heat wave.... In short, we highly recommend this house!

We had a great family weekend at Alexandre's place. The little ones loved it and will have great memories, like the big ones! We felt "at home". Thank you for everything. Nearby (20/50min) there is the Cité du Chocolat and the Ardèche train or the velorail which are also great to do with the family. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a pleasant stay at Julien and Julie's house. the services offered matched the description. The house is suitable for small children (secure pool, fully fenced garden, and children's facilities...) Very quiet environment. Julien was very available and considerate, we will definitely be back in Montelier.

Amazing place to stay ! We were there for the week end with a group of friends + kiddos….very quiet surrounding and perfect place for a few days escapement; I highly recommend that place!

Thank you to Jérôme for this beautiful house. It's tastefully decorated. It feels great. We had a great time with the family. each bedroom is large, comfortable and with its own bathroom. Just one thing I hadn't seen but as they make guest house if you rent the house for the weekend you won't be able to enjoy Sunday, you have to leave before lunch because they pick up the guesthouse part from Sunday.

The house is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for as a large family group. Activities and space for all to enjoy around the home. Great views and centrally located. Annonay was a great place to spend time in. Would definitely stay again.

If we had any questions, we could contact Helena and Xavier at any time. We would highly recommend the villa for a stay. Highlights are the pool, the wihlpool, the view, the pizzaoven and the cat that lives in the villa. We love to come back again.

Very responsive and kind host, the house is as described. House in a very secure residence, there are all the necessary amenities. The pool is very nice with an ideal temperature. Air conditioning is a real asset with the fans in each room. I would 100% recommend Only small downside the location for garbage cans is far away otherwise everything else is perfect.

We had a great weekend at Olivier's place. First of all, Olivier hosted us very warmly and we toured the accommodation with him. In addition, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to amenities. Regarding the location of the accommodation, it is located in a relatively quiet area with the possibility of parking at least 3 cars in the yard. We would recommend this listing.
