Our stay was wonderful. The house is big and can accommodate a lot of people. Watch out for the fees, though. Late check-in is $25, and there is a charge if there are more than four of you. The place is in a good, safe neighborhood on a dead-end street.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, the view is very nice and the area is quiet, the pool water is at a good temperature and it has everything you need

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

This is the most wonderful place to stay! Horacio and Arturo were kind, friendly, welcoming, and responsive to every question or need we had. The house was exactly like the excellent photos online and felt like home after our two-week stay. It was very hard to leave, and we will stay again if we ever return to CDMX.

I appreciated how centric Lisette’s place was to many spots. The bed was incredibly comfy and enjoyed the items in the kitchen (like the many water bottles) for guests to use. One thing was that on our first night there was a lot of noise during the middle of the night but, that’s beyond the control of Lisette. However, if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend taking some ear plugs!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!

Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable stay. The location was phenomenal, green space at every turn, cozy restaurants and delightful street food options literally everywhere. Boutiques and small grocery stores within a few minutes walking distance. Parque Mexico with all its liveliness just a few blocks away. The home while old and leaning and noticeably slanted is unmatched with character and charm for our family of 7. Monse who organized and led our excursions felt like an extension of family with her attention to every member of my family’s needs and listening to what each of us was looking to experience. We also had an issue with water with 7 people showering that was to be expected and they responded quickly and graciously to help restore our access. It gave us good food for-thought on the sanctity of water. Without a doubt we would love to stay here the next time we come back to the city.

The service was excellent, the communication and service of the ando tironea were very pleasant, the location of the house is very well located and the privacy is remarkable when you arrive.
