Fantastic weekend stay in Newcastle! Christian was so friendly & accommodating for our stay, the apartment was stunning with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt luxurious, including the robes & fancy coffee machine. Being walking distance from st James park and city centre shops & restaurants was so handy. It was perfect for our weekend as wedding guests and exploring the city, only a quick taxi from the Airport as we flew in from Bristol as well which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here over a budget hotel as it had all the little extra home comforts, if I’m ever in Newcastle again I will be returning to this lovely apartment. Just enjoyed a lovely, family ,long weekend at Stephen and Bevs beautiful caravan. Bev was super helpful from start to finish . When the site electricity went off for a little while Stephen and Bev were on the doorstep super quickly to help and brought us a torch just incase. This weekend was very hot and they also brought us a fan as we had our young granddaughters with us. Can highly reccomend this caravan as we all decided it was the cleanest and was the best stocked place we have visited. We didnt really go very far as we had the beach on our doorstep so cannot rate the site facilities except for a well stocked shop and a tasty fish and chips van.

Great apartment in Newcastle. really spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely views over the river. City centre was just a short 15-20 min walk along the river front. We loved the apartment as well as Newcastle itself. We'll definitely be back.

I found Kay to be a helpful and responsive host. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and written description with high quality furniture and furnishings. It was easy to check in , Kay was waiting for us with the keys and parking permit and showed us around the apartment. We didn't move our car at all so the parking permit was a real boon. It was easy to walk from the apartment into the city and all of the attractions, bars and restaurants as it is downhill. We preferred to get a taxi back which were easy to find and not too expensive. I am happy to recommend Kay's apartment to others.

Raymond is a very good host. Always communicated very well with us and very informative about Tynemouth, the accommodation and all aspects of access and amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment and Raymond. John Joyce

The flat is amazing and bigger and wide than in the pictures. I really loved my stay here and the host is amazing . It will make sure everything is ok and always responded to my messages regarding everything . I would like to thank you for all and the convenience store and the bus station just 1 min walking also parking in front of it The only thing I like to mention is the neighbour from upstairs that play music and make noise from 10 pm to 5 am and it is hard to sleep but that is not the landlord’s fault or the property

we had a great stay couldn't ask for anything else communication 100% accommodation 100% was not disappointed we will be back very happy 😊

We had a great stay. Everything was really clean and cosy. Location was great - only a 5-10 minute uber to the city centre. James was really responsive too. Would recommend to anyone!

The flat matched the description, everything was as I’d expected. The people upstairs were a bit noisy but they were quiet at night so it didn’t matter. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and handy for everywhere I visited

Very convenient place to stay, literally five minutes to the shopping centre where everything is. And Sophie is always responsive and helpful from the moment I booked to the day I checked-out. Highly recommended indeed!

Such a beautiful place. The place is very tastefully decorated and spotless. You can see the attention to detail. Amy is wonderful and very proactive with communication. The location is great - we were able to get into town and Newcastle easily. If i’m ever in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

Andrew was a fantastic host. Very responsive and accomodating. We had a late check out following the great north run, no issues at all, highly recommend!

Billy and his wife were very welcoming. We had a cake baked for us and the apartment was very clean and homely.

May was a very accommodating and understanding host. We felt right at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing rest after toiling through Durham during the day.

Suzie and Dan were wonderful hosts. They were always responsive and took care of any of our needs as guests. The welcome book was very informative, highlighting information such as where the closest hospital and vet was- very useful. The house and cottage were beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here, the surrounding grounds were amazing, and very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx
