Nous habitons juste à coté et c'est chouette de vous conseiller, vous prêter des cartes IGN, vous donner les bons plans, voire même vous préparer un repas. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. The Himalayan walkways and Monteynard Lake are right next door, Mens 20 mins and 10 mins from Monestier de Clermont. We are 20 mins from Gresse en Vercors ski resort We love dogs but they are not allowed in the property.

Like the other hosts, we really enjoyed Marie-Hélène's warm welcome and sense of organization. We also liked the cottage, in a beautiful Dauphine house with garden and mountain views from all the windows. We recommend it!

There is everything you need in the kitchen, toys for children... Jean-Pierre was always available and responsive. We had a great time in this beautiful apartment.

Breathtaking view of the peaks in the heart of Trièves

Spacious chalet and very well-equipped chalet. Good bedding, full kitchen. A very nice large garden with several places to relax. A terrace bigger than we can infer in the photos, with an amazing view, we had to spend 3/4 of our stay there. An impressive silence the only noises are the birds and the distant bells of the cows. The road that passes above is extremely quiet, less than 10 cars a day. You can take walks or bike rides from the chalet. Communication with Julien was very pleasant and he answered all our questions immediately. We'll be happy to come back when we need to recharge our batteries.

Great location with a very nice view of the lake, in the middle of nature and quiet. Perfect for a group of 10. The terrace and summer kitchen made us happy throughout the stay! The access to the lake and the pétanque court are very pleasant! The space is very well equipped with everything you need. A few appliances are starting to get a little tired. Great stay that makes you want to come back to this beautiful house on the edge of Lake Monteynard!
