Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room divided into two sections.

The accommodation is equipped with a heat pump which also renews and purifies the air.

Enjoy with family this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. Fully enclosed 2000 m2 plot, ideal for your family holiday in the countryside. It consists of a large living room, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, a seating area with connected TV, WIFI, a shower room, walk-in shower, a laundry room with washing machine and sink, a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, separate toilet.

Family home and large intimate garden

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Le Grand Bois Bed and Breakfast

Stay in my cottage with its rustic, eco-friendly décor. A 4-bedroom cottage, including one en-suite bedroom, located near a small (unfenced) pond on my active grain farm, close to Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses, Briare, and Guédelon (35 minutes away). Linen not provided (Upon request linen package possible with supp, to be paid via Airbnb). Any damage or tobacco odors found inside the gîte will be charged. Bikes are available. No pets allowed

Just a few steps from the ruins of Château-Gaillard, this historic 180 m² townhouse offers a warm and peaceful setting, blending old-world charm with modern comfort: a monumental fireplace, Louis XIII staircase, dressed stone, lime plaster, terracotta tiles and a remarkable timber frame. Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.

Beautiful fully renovated apartment located in the center of the village, on the first floor of a townhouse, ideal for a pied-à-terre in Puisaye, to visit the surroundings, visit your loved ones, or a stopover on your way… Champignelles is a quiet village but you will find many small shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria….). Most of these shops are within walking distance.
