Recent apartment close to the casino in a residence with elevator, terrace, good bedding and very quiet.

We received a great welcome despite our delay. The accommodation is extremely clean, the bedding comfortable, close to all amenities in a beautiful secure and wooded residence where you immediately feel good. We would not hesitate to relocate to this place for a future stay in Marseillais. Jocelyne is a caring and very helpful person. We didn't really miss anything for the duration of the stay. A great experience with Jocelyne that we would highly recommend! Thank you for your kindness.

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Gorgeous home base for a fun and relaxing family vacation; teens/young adults can venture out on their own AND have privacy in their own rooms. Fabulously stocked kitchen including soap, some cooking staples. Markets Tu/Th/Sat are right outside the door offering fresh produce, incredible prepared foods, cheeses. Too many nearby patisseries to count!!! Impeccablely maintained, lots of linens, towels. And it was great to have a washer/dryer. Beautiful operable windows, amazing afternoon sunlight drenched the living room. Would definitely rent again. Loved every minute.

Gregoire and Magali are gems and their place is fantastic. We definitely want to come back and would recommend them and their place to friends or family. The apartment is a little outside of the main town and right next to a parking lot so it's perfect if you plan on renting a car or if you want a beautiful quiet place that is still walking distance to the main attractions. If you're coming from the TGV station, I'd recommend an uber. This place looks nice in the pictures and it's even better in person. The beds are comfortable and shower is large. Dishwasher works great and so does the washer,kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The lift and the stairs are right by entrance to the building. The Apartment is on the first floor almost directly across from the elevator so it's quite simple to get in and out. There's a chest in the corner stacked with games for families. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Thanks for everything, Ericka and Romain. The studio is very nice (we were able to eat on the terrace), clean and lacks nothing. A few "more" to note: thank you for the little touches (coffee pods, fresh water in the fridge...) and convenient garage in the basement.

well located accommodation, in the heart of the city but when you pass the porch and the courtyard, more noise. quality furniture. easy communication. The restaurant next to the rental, the confidence is excellent. I recommend this rental.

We were guests for the second time and enjoyed it to the fullest again. Magali is a wonderful host and very helpful and always kind. The place is very nice and also perfect for families. There are great amenities for children. Seesaw, swing, Mikado, soccer balls, games and more. Unfortunately, we had two days of rainy weather, but we were able to make ourselves wonderfully comfortable in front of the fireplace or in the Jacuzzi. The children also had plenty of room to play under the huge covered terrace. We can recommend the place 100%. There are great hikes and Provencal villages to admire in the surrounding area.

The house is well located and spacious enough to stay with the family, in a quiet area. The accommodation is very clean and well thought out to spend some good times. Very nice stay. The accommodation is spacious and quiet. The bedding is comfortable. It is extremely well located, close to metro and tram stations but you can also walk around (15 minutes from the train station or Mucem, 10 minutes from the old port…) Communication with Géraldine is smooth and enjoyable. She reacted very quickly to guide me to the key box. Everything was perfect. I recommend.

Small studio in a quiet tourist residence, a little off the beaten track from Aix-en-Provence. Very nicely decorated and comfortable although not very bright. The small front terrace is part of the large upstairs terrace so not super private but at the end of the floor so quiet despite everything. Everything you need in the studio and even some condiments to make food and toiletries. Everything was clean and tidy.

What a delightful stay! The apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had all the essentials I needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making me feel right at home.
