Arts and Crafts Highland Cottage with Sea Views

LeahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The time at the cottage was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed every second there. Peter was incredibly helpful, super nice and had great recommendations for our time in the cottage. The cottage was totally beautifully decorated, cozy and everything was thoughtful. From the hot water bottle, to the firewood, good equipment in the kitchen... We were really happy and already miss life there! We would come back any time and fell a little more in love with Scotland!

Luxury self-catering log cabin at Assich Zen Lodge

RebeccaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Stephen’s zen lodge was an absolute gem. We had an incredible night here , the lodge is beautiful as are the surrounds , so cosy and Stephen has clearly gone to a lot of effort in making a folio he left us full of recommendations of things to do in the area . The whiskey, tablet and shortbread was just the icing on the cake of what was already an environment that made us feel instantly at home . Only wish we’d stayed longer . Absolutely recommend .

Lodge with private hot tub.

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Ishbel and Angus's place. The lodge was very comfortable, clean and bigger than it looks in the photos. The hot tub was a welcome respite in the evenings after our hill walking adventures, and you never tire of the views, they are outstanding. We mainly did hill walking and scrambling in the area. We booked a two day scrambling course with a local guide which was fantastic. We walked/ran to and from Scoraig, and we enjoyed a two hour boat trip around the summer isles from Ullapool. We definitely recommend the Sea Shack in Ullapool for fresh seafood! The area is remote, peaceful and quiet, a perfect getaway from it all. You can truly switch off here and enjoy the natural world.

Osprey Luxury Lodge With Hot Tub

CarolineRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Probably the best Christmas we have had for a while. All the stress taken out of it by the hosts, the house was beautifully decorated for the season, two wrapped presents and a hamper of goodies. We felt thoroughly spoilt! The cabin is exquisite and we would love to come back. It was wonderful for the dogs too, completely fenced in around the cabin so no fears of escapees! We loved everything about it!!

Seaside gypsy caravan retreat in the Highlands

LindsayRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Really cool place. The beach with tide pools is right across the street. The caravan is gorgeous and so cozy I slept great nested in the rich tapestries. The brand new bath a few steps across the yard is lovely and has everything you need including a fridge/freezer, snacks, artsy dishware… Emilie and Samir were very communicative and helpful, and I ended up needing help because I didn’t have a car. I thought there’d be buses from Tain up the peninsula but that didn’t end up being the case and the couple taxi drivers book out a day or two ahead of time. I ended up finding a private tour guide who picked me up, toured me around, and dropped me back in Inverness to catch a train back to Edinburgh. I was also able to hire Samir to take me on a tour of the peninsula, up to the lighthouse, around the Pict trail, and some other favorite views and historic spots. All in all this was a memorable stay I’ll always appreciate. Thanks Emilie and Samir!
