Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located, just a few steps from Copacabana. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping in the immediate vicinity, so there is nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which ensured pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete furnishing of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the porters were super helpful and even organized a private parking space for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we would come back anytime

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Many thanks to Carlos and his team for the wonderful lodging, which left us a very positive memory. An excellent apartment, perfect location, a very nice building. Also, we forgot some belongings, and Carlos warned us and sent the items back to our friends via Uber. Honest and correct people. It was a pleasure dealing with you. This is the second time we have stayed at Flat in Rio and the experience was excellent again! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, high chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it even has a washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide an umbrella and lounge chairs, as well as having a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery, all within the same complex. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us some delicious chocolates as a gift. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

The apartment is extremely complete, clean, tidy. It is part of a hotel so there is a hairdresser, bar, swimming pool and several other services. There are reception staff, which adds to the security issue. In addition, the accommodation has many elements that make your stay easier. We loved it. We recommend it and we'll choose it again.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. Almost 1 month at Alexandre's: a long and beautiful stay. I agree with all the reviews written by those who stayed there before us. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, and there are certainly others of the same nature. But someone like Alexandre, I don't think so. We had a beautiful vacation. Carmen's warmth and dedication in every detail with which she welcomed us. Super willing and attentive to what we needed, incomparable! Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

It has a luxury that very few of us value: the luxury of good taste and design. The house has everything you need to spend a few days at the beach in all its aspects: PERFECT. What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Excellent everything from check-in to check-out! It can be noted that the windows chill a little when there is a lot of wind (obviously being closed)... the internet was quite bad and to take into account the mattress is too soft to take into account

Inês was very attentive and always provided us with a lot of important information. The house is old, but it has been kept with great affection and has a special charm. The location is simply unbeatable – right in the heart of Copacabana, with everything you need nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants – all great! A small warning: being on the waterfront, it can be quite noisy at night – we recommend ear protectors for light sleepers. Besides that, the stay was excellent!

Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.

Great location, close to good restaurants, supermarket, easy access to Copacabana beach. Although there is no vacancy, it has good parking options nearby. Outside that for everyday life, you don't even need a car, to do everything on foot. The apartment is impeccable, renovated, with everything you need for a few days. Air conditioning and TV in every room help at the moment of beach rest.
