The place was amazing, I can say without a doubt say that it was the most unique place I have visited. It was at a great location with an amazing interior, really close to the centre of the city. I recommend it to everyone and I will come back for sure!

My stay was wonderful! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very kind and had taken care of everything needed. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything important. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Great place for a family, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the location lots of shops around with good food and a bus stop right under the house. the location is not far from the center around 15min by foot. And very important Lubo is a great host very responsive and helpful. Thank you Lubo we will be coming back !

It's the second time I am staying in this condo ant it's my choice in Plovdiv! Great location, right next to a supermarket, underground free parking spot, walkable to the city center, sparkly clean and modern place. Everything was great!

Добра комуникация с хоста :). Апартамента е много добре спрямо цената и другите апартаменти наоколо. Имахме всичко нужно, даже повече. Локацията е тиха с доста места за паркиране което е още един плюс, има достатъчно магазини наблизо, включително денонощни. Препоръчвам!

Всичко беше прекрасно, единствено телевизора е малко стар и не можеш да се свържеш към YouTube или Netflix, технически можеш но ако го посетите ще разберете. Но ако трябва да сме честни всичко беше прекрасно топ локация и много по- голямо от колкото на снимките.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, die genau wie auf den Fotos aussieht und sehr zentral gelegen ist. Perfekt, um Plovdiv zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, Emil!:)

The place was very nice and well equipped, the location was great and we were very happy with the cleanliness and host communication. One small thing which was not ideal was the blinds in the bedroom, which were too thin and didn't keep out the sunlight. I would recommend to bring an eye mask if you have trouble sleeping in these circumstances. Otherwise it was perfect!

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kommen einem auch entgegen. Auf Nachfrage durften wir etwas länger bleiben und auch bei Problemen mit dem Herd konnten sie uns schnell helfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch gab es einen QR-Code der praktische Infos als Seite schön kompakt bereit gestellt hat wie den WLAN-Code, Tipps für die Umgebung, Umgang mit der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Walking distance to everything and a peaceful area of town. It was perfect for us.

Friendly and responsive host, spacious flat with little back yard, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed. The only problem is the toilet separated from the shower, which is very small: you must leave underwear and towel outside. A shower curtain would be very useful. Emilia proposed great restaurants and shops in the vicinity; worth keeping her advice:)

Great place for a mountainous getaway! Super relaxing, nice hikes close by, short drive to beautiful Smolyan and has a nice spa! The place was clean, comfortable and inviting!

Beautifully decorated nordic themed apartment, within what seems to be an old hotel. Clean enough and had what we needed for making a meal. Bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken by the early morning light as theres no blinds or curtains - beautiful views though and lots of parking. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working so if your booking for the hot tub, as we were, then I’d check with the host to make sure it’s working.

Great apartment for a couple! Amazing place, good price, the restaurant is not expensive but the food is delicious. There's a small band of cats peacefully living behind the building as well as several interesting species of birds.

Me and my extended family had a lovely weekend at Simeon's place. It was cozy, spacious, neat and tidy, well equipped. And Simeon himself was a great host- understanding, always responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend it!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum für Menschen, die Ruhe und Natur lieben. Gut zu erreichen , in der Nähe von vielen sehenswerten Zielen und mit der Natur vor der Türe. Die Wohnung hat eine praktische Einteilung - alles ist da - Küche , Essbereich, Schlafzimmer , ohne unnötige Platzverschwendung. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der jederzeit zu erreichen war, Wir werden immer wieder gerne kommen und weiterempfehlen.Danke Plamen !
