The location is a little further away from the city center but easy to reach by bus and taxi (which are not at all expensive) or car – (10/15 min). Bus Stop is 2 mins away. The location has its advantages - free parking, nearby are a supermarket "Slanchevi Lachi", dm drogerie markt, restaurants and cafes.

Good communication with hosta :). The apartment is very good for the price and the other apartments around. We had everything we needed, even more. The location is quiet with quite a few parking spots which is another plus, there are plenty of shops nearby including 24/7. I recommend!

Everything was wonderful, only the TV is a little old and you can't connect to YouTube or Netflix, technically you can, but if you visit it, you'll understand. But to be honest, everything was wonderful, a great location and much larger than in the photos.

Great place for a family, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the location lots of shops around with good food and a bus stop right under the house. the location is not far from the center around 15min by foot. And very important Lubo is a great host very responsive and helpful. Thank you Lubo we will be coming back !

Rumyana’s place was fantastic! The apartment was easy to find and located in a welcoming, friendly neighborhood. Downtown was within walking distance, and there was a market just steps away—super convenient. Rumyana was incredibly responsive and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Plovdiv!

We had a really lovely stay at Nikolay’s apartment. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could need (including two air conditioning units). Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Beautifully decorated nordic themed apartment, within what seems to be an old hotel. Clean enough and had what we needed for making a meal. Bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken by the early morning light as theres no blinds or curtains - beautiful views though and lots of parking. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working so if your booking for the hot tub, as we were, then I’d check with the host to make sure it’s working.
