Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful home, surrounded by a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available to us and helped us get around the island and introduced us to other wonderful people. From the very beginning, he passed on his love for the island and made us fall in love too, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I'd be back tomorrow.

Accommodation as described, Annabella is a perfect host and makes you feel at home; she provides useful information on what to visit and where to eat, not to mention the excellent company of Sirius, a very affectionate dog. Apartment in a quiet location but close to the center of Vieste and all amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs etc.

Sabine’s place was a comfortable spot to spend our time in northern Puglia. The house is high on a hill, the patio offers great views and it had clean rooms with comfortable beds. The surrounding hills are almost semi-desert and the contrast with the sea is beautiful. You should note that the house doesn’t have access to drinking water but Sabine provides several large bottles to get you started. The kitchen was stocked with all the implements you needed to make dinner. We drove up into the national forest, along the coast and into the town of Vieste. You can take a tour of the many grottoes from Vieste and it looked like fun. There are a couple of restaurants very near and a small grocery store about 10 minutes away. We visited in Oct so the beaches were very quiet but in the summer, I think traffic might be congested.

Fantastic stay. We were greeted on arrival and shown around including an introduction to Bianca the house dog who is very friendly. The flat is beautiful. Immediately adjacent to the beach and surrounded by olive groves and orange and lemon trees with a roof terrace with fabulous views. The area is marvellous especially if you love walks and nature. Do visit Monte Sacro if you are there in the spring. The flowers and wild orchids are amazing. We fell in love with the Gargano peninsula- what a beautiful area. Francesco and Angelo were great hosts. Always available but never intrusive. Angelo turned up one day with a bottle of sparkling wine for us. It was just pre-season, which suited us. It was very peaceful but there was enough activity in Mattinata in the evening to keep us fed, watered and entertained. It was fascinating watching the place get ready for a busy summer season. A definite strong recommendation.

We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. Congratulations, Alessia!

Hello The stay at Raphaëla's with our friends was great. The welcome by the host by bike was sublime, very dedicated, attentive and very smiling… Very nice accommodation with a small terrace in the middle of a property of olive trees and many recently planted fruit trees. The continental breakfast is really delicious. The omelettes are a testament to this. The pool facing the restaurant is very nice for everyone. The restaurant is very very good. Fish every night, a delight. Thanks to all the staff for this great service and good luck for the off-season for the improvement to be made to this beautiful infrastructure…. Check-in and checkout are super well managed by the owner….

The apartment was spotless and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The view from the patio of the sea and the town is spectacular 🤩 We came in low season in November, the apartment complex was very quiet but if it was busier you would still have plenty of private space next to the apartment (you have your own dinner table and outside sofas you can use). Nicola was very kind and responsive and was proactive about tending to the grounds and sweeping leaves up, keeping everything tidy and helping us put cushions out etc. I don’t know much about the town as we mostly relaxed at the lovely apartment and enjoyed the views from the patio.

We had a great time in this b&b. 2 rooms all for us with breakfast on the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea on the roof of the building. The location of the apartment is great: at the gates of Peschici, with easy to find parking and a 5-minute walk from the center. Donata's hospitality and kindness were then the icing on the cake. We were welcomed by Lucrezia and her husband who showed us the house and gave us the first necessary directions to settle in; also when during the stay we happened to have questions they always responded promptly. They provided us with a high chair and a crib for our 2-year-old and, having two children, they left us some extra towels of various types in case of need. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos on the site and the terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful dinners overlooking the sea.
