Dear guests, we offer 4 comfortable & spacious apartments, each 70 square meters, on a former farm with 2500 square meters of floor space. These are located in a separate building, 2 apartments are on the first floor with terrace, 2 on the second floor with balcony. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom & separate toilet. Here in the beautiful Gottesgarten am Obermain you can experience a lot and have a wonderful time. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The edge of the forest and the starting point "Wanderbares Deutschland" are just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bedroom for 2 and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Quiet location! The large garden with several seats behind the house can be used. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.

A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
