Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.
It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

A spacious patio extends the living area, adding space to enjoy the outdoors in front of the fire pit or outdoor dining table. This property is located behind the owners' home and uses a shared driveway. While the owner is close by to address any issues during your stay, your space allows for total privacy.

*Pool is now open until late October This beautiful modern farmhouse is located on a one-acre lot and features a custom designed open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings that opens directly into a pool area. Hidden behind a bookshelf, you'll find a gorgeous game room with a piano and a pool table that can be easily converted into a ping pong table or working space. Please note that we do not allow weddings and events at this time.

The Katalpa House -by the beach
-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.
The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

North shore Guest Room.
This apartment is our guest room with outside private entrance and off street parking. Apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Queen bed and a twin pullout couch bed is provided. The place is appropriate for a short stay as an affordable alternative to hotel stay.

A studio apartment located at our family home. Has a separate entrance and separate parking space for up to 2 cars. It consists of a queen bed, a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine and a bathroom. The TV has Netflix access.
