Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

"Kennebec" homestead is all yours! We have lovingly restored (& added a bit of modern luxury) this 1902 homestead which was build by our great grandfather. Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Cottage in Dunkeld with stunning mountain views. Ideal for couples, friends and families (up to 6 people) who love bushwalking and relaxing in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

The Kingfisher Lodge

Our beautiful Lodge is architecturally designed especially for couples. The Lodge is set back from the road for complete quiet and seclusion. Wildlife is abundant and the mountain views are amazing. Only a very short walk into Halls Gap and all it has to offer. Our Lodge is fully self contained with full size kitchen with dishwasher and laundry with washer and dryer. The entire upstairs is a massive bedroom and beautiful bathroom with spa.
