This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . Rockford Bay Retreat: Private Waterfront Resort

The house and location were all beautiful. Private dock was such a wonderful new experience for our family. Kitchen had everything you need to feed a huge family. Only downside was after our stay the host messaged me saying we had trashed the house, urinated on the sheets, ruined her table and clearly had a dog… all the damages we would need to compensate her for. None of what she said was true. I immediately responded very concerned that someone must have broken into the house and to please send photos. She was very unresponsive. To this day I do not know what happened to the house. I never received an apology for the accusation or an update.

Country suite on lower level in cozy shared home.

We loved our stay at Ben and Nancy's! (Thank you, guys!) The suite was the cleanest rental property we've seen in 44 years of travel. It was also well-decorated and very well-stocked with munchies, a nice little refrigerator, and a microwave. Nancy also provided a plate of delicious, home-baked chocolate-chip cookies. Ben and Nancy were available, very friendly, and accommodating. We felt more like guests than tenants. It's a beautiful property that's very quiet and conveniently located near a boat ramp, if needed. We felt safe walking the area at night. They allowed us to park our tandem bicycle in their shed at night and provided a hose when we requested it to wash the mud off our bike. We will stay with Ben and Nancy when we return to the Post Falls/Coeur d'Alene area in the future. This is an Airbnb we will not forget.

Our stay was restful. We slept well and there was little to no noise from the upstairs owners. The neighboring farm land was very pleasant while we were outside. The shower was great with a removable head. The master bed had a comfortable mattress. The living room area had good lighting for reading.

My wife and I had a really quick overnight trip, and Malik’s place was perfect for what we needed! GPS led us astray, but the detailed directions Malik shared were spot. Beautiful space, recent construction, had the amenities we needed. Will definitely consider anytime the two of us return to town!

Beautiful accommodations and view. Sunrise from the second floor master bedroom was amazing. Automatic lock was sticking due to the heat. Luckily they had backup key on site. Internet works well but there didn't appear to be satellite TV as advertised. Really friendly neighborhood where everyone waves to each other. Reached out to host several times and communication was very fast. Would definitely stay here again.
