We loved staying here. The neighborhood is stately and beautiful. This remodeled space is spotless and perfectly appointed. The cookies and juice provided were a nice extra touch. Hoping to stay again when we visit Emory again.

The rental was totally private and very comfortable. I stayed alone and felt very safe. The neighborhood is wonderful with very little cars going by due to a dead end. The space was a perfect size for my stay and the kitchen is well stocked. I would return if coming back to Atlanta. There are lots of stores and shops within 3 miles and Atlanta center is fairly close.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

Clean and safe guest house with a beautiful pool and porch. Very nice bathroom w/large shower. The farm animals and rescue pets were precious! Good location and we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast at local restaurants. Hosts are friendly and honest!

Sean and Jori were friendly and responsive hosts, and their location is in a charming and bustling neighborhood with lots of character. Check in and check out were a breeze, the unit had everything I needed and my stay was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

This is a very comfortable and clean guest cottage behind the hosts' home. The cottage is a good size and very well equipped while also having good a/c, good wifi, and I greatly appreciate the washer/dryer. The location is excellent in Virginia Highland area of Atlanta within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Parking along the street nearby was simple. Hosts (Jim and Erica) were very kind and very communicative. Special Comment- My husband had a very serious health situation unfolding as we arrived, and Jim and Erica could not have been more helpful and responsive in helping me deal with what was happening, taking care of all of our things, and making sure we were able to get immediate medical care. I can't thank them enough for making a very difficult situation easier during the stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

Just what you need for a couple to stay in Atlanta economically and in nice neighborhood in private location. Small but has everything you need if all you want is good clean place to lay your head.

Absolutely loved the stay here:) lived up to expectations and felt like a safe little community to come back to each time. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had space and privacy. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind in the near future.

Bob and Julian were absolutely wonderful host. The nicest people u will ever meet. They shared thier home with us on a holiday so i could spend it with my son who is a marine. The place is over the top. We will for sure be coming back no questions. Besides them being wonderful host and leaving nothing un answered, even thou they had family over for the holiday they still took the time to make sure we were perfect, the little things made the difference. The towels were soft and smelled so good. The toilet paper was soft name brand. The soap and shampoo provided was great. They even had real q-tips provided. They go all out to make you feel like its your home. You cant go wrong staying here. Enjoy.

This place is small but had everything we needed. The best part is it was close and so easy to get to attractions.

Quiet and comfortable apartment in established neighborhood and easily walkable to Decatur and to Agnes Scott College. Great for a weekend trip but would have loved to stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest house! It was the perfect size for two adults — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We were visiting our son nearby, and this was such a better experience than staying in a hotel. It felt private, peaceful, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Communication with the host was easy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Brandy's Barn might be one of the cleanest Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! We needed a place to stay for a family wedding and her place was idyllic. The little homestead around the area was sweet, lovely quiet dogs came to welcome us, the geese and ducks were out around the pond with the turtles and as we were leaving, a couple of deer even arrived at the property. I love the Georgia pine trees everywhere and loved sitting outside, drinking coffee and bird watching on the large porch. Brandy's place is very spacious and bigger than the pictures make it out to be. She had a nice array of treats when we arrived and coffee! We enjoyed ourselves in the game room below playing corn hole and darts. I only wish that we had had more time to use the fishing supplies left out too! When I go to visit my family again, I'd love to stay at Brandy's if it is available. Thanks, Brandy.

It was a beautiful stay, loved the sound of nature and the water features when you walk up made you feel like you were staying at a resort!! The drive to the Airbnb is also beautiful. Overall no complaints :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I absolutely adored Jacki and her Airbnb. Jacki was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. her place was perfect for my pup and I. the house is just a short walk to the park and good restaurants/retail locations. the fenced in backyard was perfect for my pup and I loved the precious pet themed art. we both felt so cozy and welcome. she had great local recommendations and is located in an in perfect location to explore Atlanta. this was easily my top Airbnb experience of all time and Jacki is an A++ host highly recommend staying w Jacki!!!

We had a wonderful stay at René’s apartment! It was right beside the Lockwood Mansion and walking distance to Covington Square (aka Mystic Falls). We were only there for 3 days but it was so nice having a fabulous, homely apartment to return to after walking around Mystic Falls. We did the Vampire Stalkers/Mystic Falls tour and the starting point was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. René and Emily were wonderful hosts and gave perfect instructions for everything. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of blankets and towels. It was a magical stay!

10/10. I needed a rental for 4 nights for a 3 generation road trip; comfortable for my mom, quiet for my 2 year old to nap, and walkable to restaurants for myself. Steve's sunlit, inviting, friendly home completely fit the bill. Small touches abound, like the umbrella stand and perfectly appointed laundry room. Where you want squeaky clean (the bathroom, the kitchen, the floors) - it's spotless. Where you want to nestle in with a book, there are plenty of places to read or nap. Instructions were perfect, everything was seamless. In our 4 days, we used train, bus, walked to the local shops - there's a lot to explore in Atlanta. My daughter loved looking for timid geckos in flowers around the stairs, and a friendly fish in the koi pond, on our way to and from each adventure. The neighborhood is beautiful & peaceful, with a quiet background buzz of neighbors. One night we could hear families in a nearby yard engaging in a talent show birthday party. Added a feeling of home.

Stayed for several days while recovering from surgery, as I needed to remain within the Atlanta perimeter for three days post-op. The location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from the hospital in case I needed to return. The space had everything we needed: a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a big TV! It was perfect for the two of us. It felt very private, and we hardly noticed it was attached to the main home, aside from some noise on our last night—which was a Saturday and completely understandable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

What a great set-up! We were right at home with plenty of privacy. Accommodations are so nice; what a beautiful restoration! I am quite familiar with the area as we lived in Atlanta for many years. Such a prime spot! I loved the walkability and the close proximity to all of our favorite restaurants & shopping areas. VaHi is such a great location; I would stay here again - this goes down as a favorite, for sure.

I loved my time at Lindy’s cottage so much that I extended my stay! It’s a beautiful space, exactly as pictured/described. Lindy herself was an extremely gracious and attentive host. I’ll definitely be back!
