Waterfront vacation rentals in Roche

Close to the beach, close to the center. Everything is great. Within walking distance. Parking during the season (June-September) is a bit difficult. We were there at the end of May and were still able to park for free. Highly recommend.

Antonio's apartment was just as described. A minute away from the beach to enjoy a morning walk or a 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Access to a variety of restaurants gave us many options to choose from and enjoy the Spanish cuisine.Overall a great apartment and excellent service.

This is the second year we have been there and again we had a great time, feeling at home. The apartment is still great in everything, clean, equipped with everything, very comfortable bed, wifi that works very well, beach (wonderful) nearby, quiet and wooded area, recommended for anyone. I give it a 10, I will definitely repeat. Silvia is a host who is attentive to everything and pleasant

Everything was great, the location, the apartment was super comfortable, it had everything we needed, the internet connection was great, I was able to work without any problems, the distances and the availability to each place were great. And the welcome and attention were very good. It was a nice experience.

We enjoyed it very much! The place was exactly as described, there was nothing negative. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic house in the middle of Puerto Santa Maria, Neatly received and guided around by Pepa. Every room is truly beautiful with good beds and very spacious bathrooms. The house has a lot of attention to detail in terms of interior and decor and even fresh flowers in different places. The kitchen is fully equipped and nothing is missing. The roof terrace overlooking the square and church is also great. We went with 9 people and were all impressed. Viveca responds immediately to any question and is helpful. We will definitely come back but then for a week to explore the area from this beautiful house.

The house with several terraces is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of the sea, which is ideal for the kite-surfers. The nest of young dogs in the garden was a pleasant surprise. The house is nicely decorated. The owners were really friendly and helpful, as well as the help that ran around there.

Seeing it in photos is one thing and going in and seeing it in person is another very different. We loved the layout of the house, the garden and everything in general, highly recommended

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

Ana's house is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Every corner is equipped and decorated with so much love and attention to detail — you can really feel the care that went into creating this space. The garden is an absolute paradise, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Ana herself was incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more special. Our stay in this beautiful house was very special and will remain in very positive memory for a long time. Starting with a highly professional handling of our hosts. Communication was absolutely smooth and friendly. The location of the house is perfect. Quiet and at the same time central, both in terms of proximity to the beach and the surrounding restaurants and shops. We will never forget the sunsets we were allowed to enjoy on the extremely tastefully furnished roof terrace. Our hosts have decorated the house with stylish taste and a lot of love for detail. In terms of amenities, it is easy to see that the concept of this property is consistently aimed at guests with high standards. The cleanliness we found was exemplary. Excelent location for daytrips to Jerez, Cadiz, Sanlucar. ( 20min cardrive). Apartment fully equiped, clean and with stunning separate terrace. Communication with the host was outstanding! Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

Pepi is very friendly and helpful! Great penthouse and large terrace. Everything clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed, the sofa bed is not bad! We'll do it again

Paloma was a magnificent host, very kind and willing to answer all the questions she raised quickly. He favoured our arrival in the face of a last minute unexpected and once there he gave us all kinds of directions to make us feel at home. The accommodation is in a very good area of La Barrosa beach, from where you can see and hear the sea (only one street separates it from the promenade) and has all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance.
