We loved staying here. The location was ideal for access to many of the nearby attractions while also being in a safe and quiet area at night. The local restaurants were fantastic and the neighborhood was friendly while also feeling like you’re getting the local experience in Cartagena. The rooms were clean, the AC worked very well in the rooms, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Excellent apartment, true to its photos and description in the ad. It is inside the walled city near many shops and things to do, however it is at a point where you have to walk a block to enter the activity area, which gives you enough distance from the noise to be able to rest. We would definitely come back!

The apartment was just like the photos. Miguel was very responsive about attractions. He recommended some good places to eat & tour. Thank you as well to Gina she provide some insight on services to my make boyfriend’s birthday special.

This was the perfect place to stay for my week in Cartagena. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but the heart of the city is a short walk away. Tatyana and Vanessa were very kind. They answered all of my questions and were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay. We went in a large group and had all 5 apartments on the 36th floor. Fantastic view, pictures don’t do justice. Beach is literally across the street, pool on top floor. Washer and dryer came in handy. They provided coffee and detergent. Colombian coffee is a plus! There were more bathrooms in the bigger apartments than we thought. The largest apartment had 3 bathrooms! Was overall perfect for what we needed and the communication was great. Would definitely come again.

The apartment is located in the desireable area known as "The Walled City" filled with tourists!! Formally an old Fort surrounded by canons, a taxi from the airport costs 25 Mil Pesos $6 American. Now it is a lively area with Upscale Bars, Discoteques and an endless amout of restaurants. Upon arriving at the apartment i was met by the Property Manager, she showed me everything, including the Laundry. I felt completely at home, inside has all the amenities one will need including 2 AC Units, Full Size refrigerator, and Plenty of Cooking supplies.

An excellent accommodation, as shown in the photos. 1 block from the old town and downtown and from there to Getsemani. So most days we walked. Very accessible to the beach and when a means of transportation was required, it arrived quickly due to its good location. Everything was very good

We enjoy staying there in Cartagena. There was an issue with the bed, but they were quick to try to accommodate, quick response, and took ownership of all issues. I would recommend to go there again. Specially since it is very hot in Cartagena overall, the A/c was great and the look to the beach and city even greater! Recommended, if I go back to Cartagena again!

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Marias home in Cartagena. The apartment is in a top location walking distance to everything. It's in a quiet area and the side street was blocked off in the afternoons. The rooms were spacious and the views are lovely. We enjoyed a birthday celebration on the rooftop with friends watching the sun set. Maria was a fabulous communicator and helped us when the electricity went out one night. One point to mention is the hot water was intermittent (it worked fine first day but only warm after the electricity outage). I think this is in the listing, but I missed it when I booked (& it is apparently normal for all of Colombia). We loved our stay and highly recommend it for anyone spending time in Cartagena 🤩

You’ll notice if you read even just a few reviews that Andrew is the man! Best place to stay in Cartagena hands down. Always a great time staying in one of Andrew’s spaces. Well located, safe, clean, great views, easy to get in and out and great communication from host about getting in and any other questions you might have. Will be back.
